The Foos Guitar Effects?

I've slaving trynna get some of the signature effects that the Foos and was wondering whether any guitarists out there could help me out. I'm particularly interested in the levels on the Flange at the start of "Breakout" and the overall set up to get the sound at the start of "Aurora" but literally any song which uses cool effects. Thanks.
