Why has this song only been released as a b-side, matter of fact, a lot of good songs have... They should release a b-sides, covers, ect. album

The One was a single, just wasn't featured on any of the albums. has its own release and video, therefore not a b-side.

Dave said at the time One By One was coming out that since "The One" had already come out as a single for the "Orange County" movie soundtrack, he didn't want it to be the track that people skipped over on the album because they already knew it / were sick of it
