I can't download and check as i've not got speakers attached at the moment, but did you just take this from my webcast video/audio uploads? Well even if you took it from your own recording, as long as it's from the webcast this isn't HQ, as the bitrate of the webcast was nowhere near 320kbps, it was something like 56kbps.

I was about to say the same. There's no point converting a captured webstream into 320kbps, all you're getting is a bigger file size.

i put a slight compressor through it in logic express and exported at 320kbs. the raw clip was much lower quality.

Still no point saving at 320kbps even if you have remastered it, you're just getting a bigger file for no gain like Jamie said.
