Why'd you need to leave so soon? Live really far from the Oracle? I live in SF. We left right after Best Of You, and it didn't take too long to get home...half hour or so...probably less...Then again, I was so happy, I probably didn't realize how long it took.

Great show Saturday night. Gotta hand it to them as I didn't know what to expect, first show and only recently have been spinning the "Echoes" album non-stop.

But Dave and the Foos did it right:

* Priced the tickets right appropriately $25-$50 (a bargain for an arena show these days).

* Two decent opening bands (had to love the Joan Jett sound from Hello Stranger and cover of Thunderstruck)

* They rocked with great song after great song for over 2 hours.

Got my vote for one of the best rainy, windy Saturday nights around (better than the monster truck crowd next door where the Raiders play outside at the same time)

I live farther south of SF, and my bro was in a time crunch, we had to leave early, but we thought that all my life was the last song.

Another fantastic Foo show. Dave and the guys always put 100% into every show. They are the hardest working guys in the music biz. This was my 4th Foo show and they are always a bit different from each other as the band changes over time.

Leaving early??? Thats a criminal offense!! I had a 2 hour drive to Sacto and wouldnt leave til the lights came up!

BTW, got awesome seats from the itunes presale. Used presales codes from itunes, foo and a local radio station simultaneously the momen they went onsale and got by far the best seats from the itunes code.
