So in a few months will be a new album and usually that means a different style of hair, at the pre-grammy's he did consider cutting it again. The last time his hair was short was right before IYH came out. What's next for the barber to do?

Personally, I'd love to see his hair short again. The long hair covers up his strong, masculine jawline and muscular neck. I think they are two of his best features. Also, I think the long hair is adding years to his face and he's still young...no need to look older. The chops would be cool, but lose the beard. Anyway, that's my two cents worth.

well, he's literally the face of the band, so I think it's ok to comment on this, I think it's kinda like discussing Spider-Man's uniform changes.
it's part of the deal, but not the whole thing.

he's been keeping the same style since 2007, it appears on the new album cover, so I don't think he would change it now.

Long hair is Dave. He whips it about all the time these days when playing live, I think he'd kinda be lost without it. Long hair, beard, that's proper ROCK. I noticed all the band bar Pat were beardy (well, Taylor had a tache and chops) on the recent UK visit.

I hope he doesn't change it as he can pull the look off. I tried the style once and it looked weird on me, so it isn't for everyone
