Its good. I really like the people that I'm working with (for now) so thats a bonus. The job itself is pretty run of the mill and I'm already board but its what I need for now. The sleeping is killing me though. I'm not happy that I have to wait six weeks to be paid either.

Cool, it's always nice to be in a job with people you get on with, can make a normal job much more fun and interesting. My last job was just standard Admin but the people i was working with were great fun, i loved it.

Near the release of Icky Thump the NME gave away a red vinyl with Rag and Bone on it. then you were meant buy another white vinyl with Icky Thump the song on and together it was like some package.

I got both collected and stuff.


Would this be worth something if i kept it for a while?

They did something similar with Mojo magazine in 2002, and that record now goes for about £50, or anything up to £80 with the magazine. The difference between the two releases though is that the Mojo song (Red Death At 6:14) wasn't available anywhere else, and Mojo isn't as available as NME is, so it won't ever be as valuable.

If you ever want to sell it, wait until a new album is released. The prices peak around that time, and get higher for each new album. You could buy an Inchophone (3" record player) for $80 on the GBMS tour, then they went for $400 on ebay. Since Icky Thump came out, they've been going for over $1000.

So yes, it will go up in value, but not by a significant amount compared to some of their stuff.
