The barrier's bearable, aye, if you want the usual medley of elbows and fists and shit.

Sheffield was tame by Foo standards, normally attract way more dickheads but I believe Cardiff had a nightmare crowd.

Hi guys, I'm home safe and sound. I sincerely apologise for any worry caused, and cheers for the well wishes. I'm ok-ish now, but my back still hurts like hell. I'm deffo still going to the London shows too as I made it through Nottingham unscathed, although I'll be propping up the acoustic stage barrier. Not too bothered about that as it was an awesome place to be for Nottingham, got tons of great pics and videos.

Massive apologies to Suzanne for giving her three sleepless nights and having to carry me round Sheffield.

On the plus side, I'm the only regular boardie who saw Alone + Easy Target, Wattershed (x2) and Weenie Beenie as far as I know :D And I got Baker Street, Keep The Car Running (x2) and Aurora (x2) just to top it off .

A mission for all of you going to London though: Try and get one of the band (Pat) to sign my hospital bracelet.

I'll get all my pics up soonish, I dont have much time so it'll probably be next week. I got an absolutley fucking awesome picture of Dave crouching down and playing to a baby who can't be named here. Absolutley adorable.

Hey Jamie if you were at the front of the acoustic stage, were you anywhere near a couple of girls who were pissed and annoying? They commondeared me in the queue because i was on my own but i lost them when i went to get closer and they stayed pretty much slap bang in the middle of the acoustic stage, right where Dave stood and faced.

Oh and was it you he pointed to when he said something like "You gave us so much shit last time"?

Could only see Pat and Chris. The sound is great though, and the view before the acoustic set is awesome.
If we were a little bit over to the left, we could still have seen everything.

It all depends what you want really. At the front you have a 30 minute rest during the acoustic bit where you cant see or hear anything and you get crushed, but you're obviously more involved with the show.

At the back you can still enjoy the show, but the atmosphere obviously isn't as good. MUCH better photo opportunities though if that's your thing. I think the best compromise would be to stand on the walkway barrier though. I won't be because I don't think my back would survive but I was more than happy with my spot in Nottingham.

the nice cockerney lady at the O2 said there are only 2 floor entrances for this weekend - D and F, she seemd to think that D fed into stage left as you look at it (coooooool) and F feeds nates side.
and she said there is a secret band booked to play at the indigo club inside the dome on saturday night.........
