The hair's still good, but clean shaven jesus just doesn't work.
He might have to resemble someone else now.
Lets run through the greek gods, I'm sure we'd find one.

Deal or No Deal involves a contestant, a banker, and a number of cases, with each having a different value. Each game starts with the contestant selecting one of the cases—this first case's value is not known until the game ends. During the rest of the game, the contestant opens the rest of the cases, one at a time, revealing its value. Each time after a specified number of cases are opened, the banker offers the contestant a certain amount of cash to end the game. If the contestant takes an offer, the game ends, otherwise the contestant ends up with the cash from the first case.

True dat, they used to be so amazing when they first come out but now they suck donkey balls since they had to change how they handle and ship CD's... you know, actually paying import tax now.

I only EVER order from Play and HMV for pre-order stuff.

I don't think the boys are coming down in December, it's too late to announce dates now I reckon. Maybe February? Gives me more time to save up, but still, I'm suffering severe withdrawal here.:(

You never know, Canada is apparently in December too. And they can fit all Aus dates into a week if they want.

And look what happened with the 2 german dates. Those were announced about 4 weeks before the shows.

True, but with the IYH dates, they were announced and went on sale in June, I think, (or maybe July) for December 05. They're bigger here than in the UK (hard to believe I know, but it's true) so I'd be surprised if they left it this late to announce dates. But I live in hope.:)

Edit: Plus they'd have to include NZ dates so it'd be two weeks, at least. Anyhoo.

I think that was the main thing to come out of it. There was like one gig at the front, us in the Golden Circle, and then 70,000 people behind us trying to watch it, like they were peeking over the fence or something. I don't know what it was like back there, but it can't have felt like you were a part of the gig.

yowzers, check out last nights set list from wilkes barre - i could still drop a few but that's gotta be near perfection for a rock show (obv. apart from the acoustic bit)

start time: 9:10
wilkes barre setlist:
let it die
pretender
times like these
cheer up
ill stick around
long road to ruin
breakout
learn to fly
the one
stacked actors with long crazy jam

acoustic set:
skin and bones
marigold
my hero
see you
(dave introduces the band, they all jam on their instruments except pat who bashes the living shit out of an acoustic guitar)
cold day in the sun

everlong
monkeywrench
all my life

encore:
darling nikki
but, honestly
best of you

end time:11:01

My Birmingham tickets have just arrived. :D

Bit of a stroke of luck really, I wasn't meant to be here this afternoon but I got the afternoon off work to go to my physio appointment.

mine still haven't come yet :( they were sent out last week but still no sign, starting to get worried now that they've been lost somewhere in the great wide open!

I would call See and ask them where the hell they are. It may be that there was no one in when they tried to deliver them and they have not left a card. I would do it quickly as if they haven't been able to deliver them they may cancel as you haven't been in touch.

Just phoned - having a panic attack at the bloke, I must have sounded like a right garbled silly git! He says that my tickets have been sent out by FIRST CLASS post, not needing to be signed for. I mean for gods sake fancy sendin tix out first class when there's a postal strike on!!! Apparantly if I haven't had them about a week before the gig to phone and they'll arrange for me to collect from box office.

Hopefully you should get them within the next couple of days then when they've got their arse in gear at the post office, and hopefully before the next strike next week.

Can't the person who's name there in get em? Otherwise just make sure you're in and have your ears on stalks.

I remember my Hyde Park tickets turned up and i heard a really light knocking noise, thought nothing of it, then just happened to see a women walking out of my drive.

We changed it to my address because of all the postal shit that's going on, and I didn't want them to get delayed or lost when they were forwarded on to me. They've already been dispatched apparently, so if they're using SMS this time I can just rearrange to when someone is in.

It's odd that I'm actually hoping for SMS this time. Nobody will be here tomorrow or Friday, and I definatley don't want to be forging a passport to pick them up from the post office.
