I like the idea of walking into the jac and Dave just being there. He'd then buy us all drinks and play requests and randomly amazing covers. Liverpool uni about 2000 which is a decent size for a secret show I reckon that will mean a fair few people will be lucky enough to get tickets. And it will still be special cos its not a huge arena or festival. I think they should play there, we're often over looked by bigger bands in favour of other cities with arenas. All that will change soon hopefully.

However, by "call unis up and stuff" do you mean clearing?? If you have a result-dependent offer, obviously you'll want to ring and check (if you have to). Unless you have a clear second or third option, you may want to not make any snap decisions on the Thursday. I know many people who have made decisions that they regretted that way. It's often better to let the dust settle!!

But, I'm hoping you won't be making those calls at all
