you shouldn't do no, even if you go through london to get there it's easily avoidable, you're best bet is to M25 it to the A13 and just come straight down towards Docklands.

EDIT: either way it's a saturday and there is no charge on weekends

It's standing, but they allocate seat numbers to make it easier for keeping track of numbers and stuff, apparently.

I've had the worst bank troubles today (they wont let me have my money) so I've been on the phone to Barclays and Seetickets begging them to authorize the transactions. They've said everything should be fine though, so fingers crossed.

It might be worth calling Ticketmaster and seeing what they say... if it wasn't made clear at the point of sale, they may offer to exchange the tickets. Or at least they should let you know what the deal is with the maximum number of tickets. I've heard in the past that some agencies will cancel all tickets if too many are purchased, not just the ones over the limit.

But how old is your son? Does he have to be over 14, and could he pass for over 14?

i rang them today they flatly refused to exchange the tickets or give me a refund so i could buy more, i have got a second confirmation email from them and i have checked my bank account and they have taken the money already...would they still cancel do you think...fuck it i shall ring them and ask

I think the 4 ticket limit is for each type, so you could get 4 standing and 4 sitting for each show if needed.

It might be worth doing it for your peace of mind. If they've taken the money already, that's something, but there's little to stop them from cancelling tickets and refunding them.

Personally, I would call them, take a note of what they say, and ask for some kind of reference number for the call (and try to get a record of what you've said logged on their system, although I don't know if they can do that). Also, take down the name of the person you spoke to. Be prepared to fight your corner, though ;)
I asked for reference numbers and transaction numbers when I called them earlier, and the guy said there was nothing he could provide.
It's best to make a note of the time you called as well, as I'm sure they're being recorded.

We have to listen to calls all the time at work, if a customer requests that you listen to their call, you cant refuse. They can also request to listen to it themselves, but that's only ever happened to me once in the 18 months I've been there.

As I had 4 tickets for standing and 3 for seating the guy did say that i was at risk of having them cancelled. He told me to try and get through tomorrow for a payment transfer to avoid the tickets being cancelled, so basically i had to go get my friend to speak to the adviser to say that she would use her card to pay for the 3 seated tickets, so its all sorted,

fucking touts spoiling it for the rest of the foo fans population, so as it stands, i will be seated in cardiff, along with my 11 year old son, who is literally wetting his pants!!!

The dome is so unimpressive... you're pretty close, it's an arena inside a big tent. Lame but inside is SO great.

The gig venue itself is no different to the likes of the MEN Arena and what not really but the O2 Centre itself has loads more to do.
