I think you just put it on any BBC channel, press red, then an option for it will come up on the menu.

During the long wait to see if I could get in, I watched every single person with tickets enter the venue. They either had tickets from queuing, a reference number from seetickets, or were on the media peoples guestlist. I didn't hear of one person winning tickets to the main gig.
