sure! with utorrent there is a chance to watch/listen the file before completing the download. just open the target folder (with the downloading file) and open the file with your player. you better pause the download in the meantime 'cause elsewise you'll get an error message from utorrent saying the file is used by another prog. maybe you'll have to skip through the file a bit to hear the parts that are already on your comp, 'cause the outstanding parts are silent. not perfect but one way to solve your prob:D

i don't if other programs have any ways to listen/watch the files, i only use utorrent. maybe somebody else knows.

I also only use one client, BitTornado, but im sure you can do this with all clients.

In your torrent window click the details tab on the top left, then you'll see a list of the files in the torrent. Right click the one you want to preview, and select download first. The torrent program will download that file first then when its done you should be able to open the file with WInamp, not Windows media player though, that wont play partial files.

you can do it with any client(you dont even need to pause the download) go to where it is beign saved and right click the partial file then copy and paste it you can then play the copied file
tho since torrents dont download in a linear fashion it may be hard to actaully listen/watch it untill its over 50% done
