Question:

If we copy/paste a "report" by MTVNews.com that contains "private stuff" about the band, will we (still) get in trouble (even though MTVNews posted it ?

Just wondering, because they have a little story out on their site today that has private stuff in it (personal band stuff) that people (here) might like to read (even though we're not supposed to discuss it here).

I don't think so... if its been put out into a public sphere then thats OK. But, as soon as people start digrecing from the (usually very few) facts that are in the article then we get problems.

Oh and I think the article you are talking about has already been posted.
