Im way better at photography than these photos show. Id just borrowed a new fandangled digital camera (Casio QV7000 fyi) from work, and had no idea about adjusting the apperture, shutter speeds, etc. Its pure point and click here peoples!

Notes from the day;

* I got there at 8am and was about 10th in line. Was in the third row for the show
* I also recorded the show on mini disc
* I was wearing a RHCP shirt (the Californication cover). Dave commented on how cool it was. I blushed something like "hmm ok"
* The show was webcast (dont have it)
* The show was audience videotaped (dont have it)
* The show was proshot videotaped (dont have it)
* The band did an autograph signing after the gig, i got the Stacked Actors Australian tour EP signed
* Dave pulled a kid up from the crowd to play Everlong on guitar. The kid totally fucking nailed it - NAILED IT! I have the newspaper cutting of the event, ill scan it when i have time and then upload here
* For those uf us to live here in Sydney in this awesome town, the show was at the Pitt St mall HMV. The band played at the back of the store. The area is right in front of you when you go down the escallator.

Ill dig out my recording and post the mp3s here. Ill also upload the audio in uncompressed audio to onemoresolo.net

Bless this day, such an awesome gig. I can't believe how close to the front you were!
I was too big a wuss to get there early by myself so I got there at 12 and was right up the back. Damnit I could've met you earlier Adam!
I do remember a group of people up the front in line who when they got asked who was playing, communally yelled out 'Foo Fighters!!' That was cool.

Let me see what else, the guys signed shit afterwards but Tay, Nate and Chris left after an hour. Dave propped himself up on the chair or something and proceeded to hurry everyone through rapidly signing their shit so we wouldn't miss out. He signed my tinltl :)

I later ran into a girl I had talked to earlier on, she yelled to me across the street that Dave had signed her bra. One of my girlfriends later on that night met her at a party, apparently she was still showing it around.
